Strak vloertje!

Het heeft eventjes geduurd, maar we hebben eindelijk een mooie tegelvloer liggen.

Allereerst moest er een zandcement dekvloer worden ‘gesmeerd’. Dit was nodig om de afschot die we hadden, wel 10 cm per ruimte, op te heffen. Dit hebben we laten doen door een bedrijf dat met een supergrote vrachtwagen vol zandcement langskomt. Dit heeft als voordeel dat ze het zandcement niet meer hoeven te mengen en direct vanuit de vrachtwagen storten. Dit ging supersnel. Ze waren na ongeveer 3 uur al klaar. Wel waren we even bank dat ie de hele weg zou blokkeren, maar dat viel gelukkig mee.

Twee weken later heeft een ander bedrijf de vloerverwarming gelegd. We moesten eerst weer sleuven frezen in de mooie vloer, jammer…, maar wel de beste methode, en dan de buizen er in.

Weer een weekje later heeft de tegelzetter ‘van Mirjam’, de tegelvloer voor ons gelegd. We moeten zeggen, dat we erg blij waren dat we dit hebben laten doen. Want er is nog steeds genoeg te doen en zo’n vloer hadden we zeker niet zo snel en mooi kunnen doen.

Wat we wel zelf hebben gedaan is de trap voorbereid om te tegelen. Eerst was het een open ‘gat’ met puin, en nu lijkt het of het altijd zo is geweest, dus erg blij mee.
